Illustration photoEvery name here is a technician who registered with the Generalitat's energy agency (IVACE) as a certifier for Alicante province, with the qualification the register shows. Registration is voluntary and it is a publicity service, the register says so itself: it proves the person declared a qualification that allows them to sign a certificate, nothing more. The certificate itself is then filed with the Generalitat, and you can check it there by its number.
