The controller is the owner of this site, identified by its trade name, its tax ID and its address:
Professional identification and contact data of the professionals listed in this directory. For estate agencies: trade name, office address, RAICV registration number, and, where public, professional phone and email, languages and areas. For the four trades taken from a professional register, namely community administrators (Colegio de Administradores de Fincas de Alicante), notaries (Consejo General del Notariado), sworn translators and interpreters (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and gestores administrativos (Colegio de Gestores Administrativos de Alicante), we publish the professional's name, their registration number and their professional address, and nothing else: we deliberately do not republish the phone number or the email address that those registers do publish. For sworn translators and interpreters we go one step further and publish no street either, only the town and the postal code: the ministry's list gives a full address, and a self-employed sworn translator very often works from home, so that address is their home address. Company data (SL/SA) is not personal data. Where the professional is a natural person, what we publish is limited to professional-location data. For veterinary centres (Colegio Oficial de Veterinarios de Alicante), pet boarding kennels (Registro de Núcleos Zoológicos of the Generalitat Valenciana) and private clinics and hospitals (REGCESS, Ministry of Health), we publish establishments only: their name, their address and, where the register gives one, its code; we leave out any entry in a private person's name and any centre named after a person. We also process data you submit through our forms.
Agency listings: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) together with Art. 19 of the Spanish LOPDGDD for professional contact data of sole traders, limited to professional-location data. Listings of professionals who are natural persons (community administrators, notaries, sworn translators and interpreters, gestores administrativos) rest on the same basis, limited to the professional-location data that the profession's own official body publishes, and without republishing their phone or email. Any of them may object at any time under Art. 21 GDPR, through the claim, correct or remove form or by writing to the contact address, and the listing comes down within 72 hours, no questions asked and with no need to explain a particular situation. A documented balancing test (LIA) and a record of processing activities (Art. 30 GDPR) are on file and are sent on request to the contact address below. We do not send unsolicited commercial email (Art. 21 LSSI) nor sell the database.
When you send an enquiry through a listing or our contact form, HolaBlanca is the controller of the data you provide (name, email, phone and message). We process it on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box on the form. The form has two separate boxes and they do different things. The first, which is required, lets HolaBlanca reply to you and pass your enquiry to the agency whose listing you are writing from; your enquiry is received by HolaBlanca and is not a direct message to the agency. When we know how to reach the agency, we pass your enquiry on to it free of charge even if it has not claimed its listing, and the listing tells you which of the two cases you are in; any agency can ask us at any time to stop receiving enquiries. The second is optional, unticked by default, and lets us propose other registered agencies matching your search and pass your enquiry to them; you can send your enquiry without ticking it and nothing changes for the first purpose. The exact wording you agreed to is stored with your enquiry, so we can always show what you were asked. You can withdraw either consent at any time by writing to the contact address, which does not affect what was done before. We never sell your data, and we never pass it to anyone outside these two purposes.
Most of what this site publishes was not obtained from the person or the company it describes. There are twelve sources, and each listing page names its own and the day it was read. The public Register of Estate Agents of the Valencian Community, RAICV (Decreto 98/2022), read on 21 August 2026, together with the agencies' own public websites. The public directory of practising members of the Colegio Oficial de Administradores de Fincas de Alicante, read on 4 September 2026. The Guía Notarial of the Consejo General del Notariado, read on 4 September 2026. The official list of sworn translators and interpreters of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, read on 4 September 2026. The public directory of despachos of the Colegio Oficial de Gestores Administrativos de Alicante, read on 7 September 2026. The register of veterinary centres of the Colegio Oficial de Veterinarios de Alicante (ICOVAL), read on 21 September 2026. The Registro de Núcleos Zoológicos of the Comunitat Valenciana, in the list published on 25 March 2025, read on 21 September 2026. The REGCESS register of health centres of the Spanish Ministry of Health, read on 21 September 2026. For these last three sources the legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and the categories of data are the name of the establishment, its address, its town and its registration number, and nothing else: no natural person, no entry in a private individual's name, and never any patient or client data. For the other sources the categories of data are the ones set out above. Four further sources were added on 8 October 2026, each named on the page it feeds. The Registro Integrado Industrial of the Ministry of Industry (open-data file dated 31 August 2023): registered installers and vehicle repair workshops, name, town, registration number and categories held, sole traders included, never the tax number. The members' directories of the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de la Comunitat Valenciana (COACV) and of the Colegio Oficial de Ingeniería Geomática y Topográfica (COIGT), and the IVACE public list of energy certifiers: name, town, professional address where published, and colegiado number, without the phone number or email those directories publish. The Banco de España registers of mortgage credit intermediaries and of payment and currency-exchange institutions, and the DGSFP register of insurance distributors: name, registered address, registration code and website, without the tax number or phone number. The Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil (BORME), section A, Alicante province, incorporations published since 1 January 2024: company name, registered office, date of incorporation and stated object, dissolved companies removed, and never the name of any director or shareholder. For the industrial register, the BORME and the three financial registers the legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for data about companies and, for sole traders and professionals, Article 19 of the LOPDGDD limited to professional location data; for the colegios and the IVACE list it is the same basis as for the other colegios above. Data is kept while the listing is active, and any listing is removed on request within 72 hours.
If you use the assistant, or the form on a trade's page, and choose no company in particular, we keep what you tell us (trade, town, what for, timing and anything you write), your name, your email and, if you give it, your phone. We pass that request to three professionals at most, chosen by trade, town and rotation, and only among those who subscribe to HolaBlanca: until one does in that trade and town, the request stays with HolaBlanca and we answer you ourselves. The lawful basis is your consent, asked with an unticked box, and we keep the exact wording you read, its version, its date and its language. You can withdraw it by writing to us, which does not affect what has already been sent. We do not pass on requests in health trades, nor in credit, currency exchange or insurance.
This is different from writing FROM a company's listing: that request goes to that company and to nobody else. On the listing of a health centre we ask you not to write medical details; if you write them anyway, we process them only with your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR) and only to reply to you and pass your request on to that centre.
A professional with an account can write to us from its space and send us documents (for example proof of registration or insurance), and we can make documents available to it there. Purpose: to provide the service it signed up for, answer its questions and check what it declares about itself (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Who sees them: only the account holder and the HolaBlanca team; the files are stored on our own server in the European Union, outside any public folder, and are never published or sent by email (the email only says there is something to read). Images are re-encoded on arrival, which removes their hidden data, including GPS position. How long: while the account exists; a message is deleted 3 years after it was sent, a document removed from the space is erased 30 days later, and everything is erased when the account is deleted, which can be done from the space itself.
When a professional creates an account or subscribes to a plan, we process its account details (company name, email, listing details) and the billing details it provides, to provide the service ordered (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet our tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Payment takes place on Stripe's pages (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland), which processes payment data under its own privacy policy, partly on our behalf and partly as an independent controller (fraud prevention and legal obligations). HolaBlanca never sees or stores the card number. From Stripe we receive only what is needed to manage the subscription: customer and subscription identifiers, status, amounts, dates and a link to each invoice. Stripe may transfer data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards of Chapter V of the GDPR.
We do not sell or hand over data. Only the following have access to it, and only as strictly necessary: the server's hosting provider, established in the European Union, as a processor; Stripe, for payments, as described above; the professionals you send a request to, as stated on each form; Anthropic (Anthropic Ireland, Limited, and Anthropic, PBC, United States), as a processor, whose AI model Claude helps us read and draft replies to the emails received at contact@holablanca.com, which may contain what you wrote to us (name, email, phone and message); this may involve a transfer to the United States with the safeguards of Chapter V of the GDPR; Google (Google Ireland Limited), for audience measurement, only if you accept it (see « Audience measurement » below); and the authorities, where the law requires it. The site's emails are sent from our own server, with no third-party mailing service.
Each kind of data has a stated duration, and it is deleted at the end of it.
When you send an enquiry to an estate agency through its listing, we may write to you once, about 15 days later, to invite you to review that agency. The same goes for an enquiry sent to another professional through its listing, or an open request passed to it, when the professional actually received it (about 7 days later): an enquiry that stayed with HolaBlanca opens no invitation. We send at most one invitation per agency or professional every six months, the email has a link to refuse, and after refusing you never receive another one, for anyone. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in publishing reviews that come only from real enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Accounts, forms and the letter are reserved for people aged 14 or over (Art. 7 of the Spanish LOPDGDD). Paid plans are reserved for professionals of legal age.
The site sets no advertising cookie. Six things are stored in your browser for the site to work, and none of them leaves your device except the session cookie, which only goes back to this site. Two analytics cookies from Google Analytics are added only if you accept them in the banner (see « Audience measurement » below).
Because none of this goes beyond what is strictly necessary for a service you asked for, Art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI does not require your permission for it. Analytics does, and that is the only thing the banner asks about. Apart from Google Analytics when you accept it, one call leaves this site: the map. On a page that shows a map, the background of the map is drawn from the tile servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (tile.openstreetmap.org, United Kingdom, a country covered by a European adequacy decision). Loading those tiles sends your IP address and your browser's user agent to that service, as loading an image from any site does. It sets no cookie, we receive nothing back from it, and it is told nothing about who you are or what you searched for. Everything else on every page (the aerial photographs, the trade photographs, the fonts and the scripts) is served by this site. If you would rather not make that call, the same information the map shows (name, address and registration number) is written out in text on the same page, and the map adds nothing to it.
If you subscribe to a plan, payment takes place on checkout.stripe.com and subscription management on billing.stripe.com. Going to those pages takes you off this site, and Stripe applies its own cookies there, needed for payment and fraud prevention, under its cookie policy. This site loads no Stripe script.
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by email or through the form on each listing. Handled within 72 hours. You may complain to the Spanish DPA (AEPD, aepd.es).
