Registered energy certificates, town by town

1496 energy certificates registered and practising across 51 towns in Alicante province, taken from the IVACE, consulta pública de técnicos certificadores (certificación energética de edificios) on 8 October 2026.

Compulsory to sell and compulsory to rent. A technician visits, measures and registers it with the regional government. It is quick and it is often the thing that delays a sale by two weeks.

Every name here is a technician who registered with the Generalitat's energy agency (IVACE) as a certifier for Alicante province, with the qualification the register shows. Registration is voluntary and it is a publicity service, the register says so itself: it proves the person declared a qualification that allows them to sign a certificate, nothing more. The certificate itself is then filed with the Generalitat, and you can check it there by its number.
