In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), these are the details of the owner of this website. HolaBlanca is the trade name under which the owner provides the service; the tax ID identifies the owner and appears on every invoice.
HolaBlanca is an informational directory of the professionals involved in a home on the Costa Blanca: estate agencies, notaries, sworn translators, community administrators and the other trades listed on the site. It helps users find, view and compare them. HolaBlanca is not an estate agent, provides no brokerage service of any kind, takes no commission on any transaction and is not a party to any contract a user makes with a professional.
Listings are built from publicly accessible sources: the Valencian Community's official register of estate agents (RAICV), the register of the Colegio de Administradores de Fincas de Alicante, the list of sworn translators of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Guía Notarial of the Consejo General del Notariado, the public directory of the Colegio Oficial de Gestores Administrativos de Alicante, the register of veterinary centres of the Colegio Oficial de Veterinarios de Alicante (ICOVAL), the Registro de Núcleos Zoológicos of the Generalitat Valenciana, the REGCESS register of health centres of the Ministry of Health, the Registro Integrado Industrial of the Ministry of Industry (open data), the members' directories of the COACV (architects) and the COIGT (surveyors), the IVACE list of energy certifiers, the Banco de España registers of mortgage intermediaries and payment institutions, the DGSFP register of insurance distributors, the Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil (BORME) for Alicante province, and details published by the professionals themselves. Any professional or establishment listed on the site, whatever the trade, may claim, correct or request removal of its listing via the form on each listing or by email. Requests are handled within 72 hours. See Claim / correct / remove.
Part of what is published comes from third parties: the details a professional states when it lists or completes its listing, the images it uploads and the reviews left by users. Each author is responsible for what it publishes. Under Article 16 of the LSSI and Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the owner is not liable for that content as long as it has no actual knowledge that it is unlawful and, once it does, it acts promptly to remove it or disable access to it.
Being listed in the directory is not a recommendation, an endorsement or a guarantee. Listings state what the official registers, public sources or the professional itself said on the date shown on each one, and may be out of date. The owner does not check or guarantee the solvency, qualifications, insurance, licences, prices or quality of service of any professional: users should check these before hiring, in particular with the relevant register or professional body.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, their availability or the way they process data, under Article 17 of the LSSI, and removes without delay any link it learns leads to unlawful content.
The guides, the step-by-step journey, the cost calculator and any figure, deadline, tax rate or procedure published here are for information and guidance only, may become out of date and are not legal, tax, financial or technical advice. No decision should be based on them alone: consult a qualified professional.
HolaBlanca is not a party to any relationship between a user and a professional. Passing on a request does not make the owner an agent, representative or guarantor of either party: the quote, the contract, the price, the work and the payment are agreed directly between them, and any complaint about that service is addressed to the professional.
The owner endeavours to keep the site available and accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. It is not liable for interruptions or failures caused by maintenance, by third parties (hosting, communication networks, payment provider) or by force majeure or causes beyond its reasonable control, such as power cuts, cyber attacks, disasters or decisions of the authorities.
Towards a business or professional using the site in the course of its trade, the owner's total liability, for any cause, is limited to the amount actually paid by that client to HolaBlanca during the twelve months before the event giving rise to it, and the owner is not liable for loss of profit, loss of custom or indirect damage. This limit does not apply in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to damage whose limitation the law does not allow.
Nothing above limits the rights that consumer protection law grants on a mandatory basis to anyone acting outside their trade or profession.
The texts, structure, design, code and the selection and arrangement of the site's content, including the directory database, belong to the owner or are used under licence, and are protected by Spanish intellectual property law, including the sui generis database right (Articles 133 and following of the Texto Refundido de la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual). They may be consulted and quoted with the source stated; reproducing, distributing, extracting or substantially reusing them without the owner's written permission is prohibited. Third-party trade names, trademarks and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them. Third-party photographs and maps are published under their licence, with credit given where the licence requires it.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Alicante, except where the user is a consumer, in which case the court of the consumer's domicile has jurisdiction as provided by law.
