For a new villa, someone independent walks the house before you pay the balance and writes down what is not finished, in English and in Spanish. After you sign, the same list costs you money instead of the developer.
A snagging inspection of a new build is a technical report, and in Spain the people qualified to sign one are architects and technical architects. This page lists the architects registered with the COACV in Alicante province, with their colegiado number. Ask for a written report with photos, and the number on it.
Pick your town
